FAQs

How do I request a quote?

Add any products you’re interested in to the Add to Quote cart, then fill in the brief form with your room dimensions, site location, and any finish preferences. Our estimators review the information and email you a detailed price breakdown, usually within 24-48 hours.

Can I get both flooring and acoustic panels installed in one project?

Absolutely. Our crew is trained to handle flooring and acoustic panel installation, so we coordinate the schedule to complete both tasks in a single mobilisation. This one-contractor approach avoids trade clashes, speeds up completion, and ensures colour and trim details line up perfectly.

What areas do you service?

We install across Greater Sydney, Central Coast, the Illawarra and Blue Mountains. For regional NSW projects we’re happy to quote; travel charges may apply. If you’re outside NSW, we can still supply materials and recommend trusted installers.

How soon can you start once I approve the quote?

Lead time depends on material availability and your site readiness. Standard in-stock colours usually ship within 3–5 working days; custom colours or fabric overlays can take 2–3 weeks. We lock in an install date as soon as materials are on hand and your site is prepped (power on, ceilings ready, flooring substrate level, etc.).

Do your products meet fire and environmental standards?

All acoustic panels we supply carry a Group 1-S fire rating under ISO 9705 and contain at least 60 % recycled PET. Our flooring ranges are low-VOC and meet the relevant NCC/BCA requirements. On request we can provide full test certificates, EPDs and recycled-content declarations to satisfy architects or certifiers.
